Building History: This building was constructed behind College Hall, which was condemned in 1908 due to unstable soil. In 1909 the main portion of the facility was construction and occupied and in 1911 the auditorium was complete. Over the years the facility was expanded with portions being completely rebuilt due to unstable soil, fire, and modernization. The last major expansion was in 2010 which included the renovation of the entry and transformation of the auditorium to a concert hall known today as the Ruby Diamond Concert Hall.
